Premier has extensive experience in all facets of (i) Property Management, and (ii) Deal Syndication.

Through its cloud-based management software, each Investor can easily access from any computer, a secure personal “investor portal” which stores the current and historical information relating to that Investor. These materials include capitalization and distribution amounts, income statements, balance sheets, tax documents, performance reports and other relevant information for each property.

As manager, Premier provides a broad range of services, including the following:

• Developing and overseeing each property’s annual budget and business plan
• Managing the daily operation of each property
• Lease administration (including rent collections, enforcement, renewals, rent increases, delinquencies, and all other tenant related issues)
• Supervising all general maintenance, capital repairs, expenditures, and renovation projects
• Contracting third-party services
• Verification and payment of all expenses
• Attending to all Bank issues and all required reporting
• Attending to all Tax matters and required filings
